Account Terms
Scope and contact
These terms govern account registration, login, saved material, organisational members and account requests on the programme website. Public rules and award verification require no account. Account issues use contact or account routes, and personal-data rights use privacy requests. Individual applications follow GSQA-LEG-003 and mark use follows its permission rules; neither arises merely from opening an account.
Purpose of the account
Accounts support drafts, authorised uploads, formal applications, notices and related matters. Registration establishes an account, not a formal application, verified evidence or an award. Uploads, automatic receipts, progress and formal decisions have different functions. Users should identify the corresponding actual record for their activity.
Eligibility and representation
A registrant must be able lawfully to undertake the commitments required for the account and provide necessary accurate name, work email, organisation and role information. Organisational use requires corresponding authority. Membership does not itself establish brand, report or application rights. The individual account and represented organisation remain distinct, and doubts about identity or authority must be examined.
Registration information and updates
Information must be accurate and appropriately maintained. Do not use another person’s identity or a contact channel outside lawful control. Changes to email, organisation or representation identify earlier details, the change and authority through the account route. Update, verification or recovery requests require examination; a receipt does not mean details changed, email verified or access restored.
Credentials and security
Protect passwords and actual login credentials and do not share accounts with unauthorised people. Suspected compromise, mistaken authority or access loss should identify the account, discovery time and necessary facts, never passwords or complete session credentials in messages. Handling checks identity and circumstances. Responsibility follows conduct and applicable law, rather than automatically assigning every abnormal action to the account holder.
Organisational members and permissions
Organisational matters follow the read, edit or management rights actually granted. New members, role changes and departures require the account procedure; a recorded request does not establish effective permission. Administration cannot bind another organisation or authorise report publication. Personnel and agency changes preserve case and action history and must not continue relying on ended authority.
Permitted and prohibited use
Act within authority on personal or represented matters, access notices, retain records and obtain available documents. Impersonation, knowingly false material, guessing or bypassing private access, malicious uploads, disruption and rights infringement are prohibited. Proper enquiries, complaints, reconsideration and lawful rights requests are not abuse. Measures must correspond to the actual issue and necessary scope.
Uploads and processing authority
Upload only relevant material within the provider’s authority. Storage, verification, communication and maintenance follow the corresponding application, evidence and confidentiality rules. Upload does not transfer report copyright or authorise unrestricted disclosure, resale or unrelated publicity. Complete originals, internal opinions and proposed public copies remain separate. Account acceptance does not replace publication permission.
Privacy notices and optional updates
Personal information follows GSQA-DAT-001 and cookies and session storage GSQA-WEB-001. Necessary purposes are explained at collection. Account acceptance is not agreement to every purpose, recipient or unrestricted transfer. Optional updates are a separate unselected choice; refusal or withdrawal does not affect accounts or normal applications. Necessary case notices are distinct from optional marketing.
Drafts, submission and notices
Drafts prepare material. Formal submission requires the case summary, declarations, rules and product application terms. The formal receipt establishes the relevant date and scope, not earlier registration or upload. Accessible applicant-centre notices and email transmission are recorded separately; an unsent email cannot be represented as delivered.
Service issues and time-related checks
Page, file, login or submission failures may be raised with address, time, action, error and reference, retaining available receipts. Failure is not technical nonconformity or successful submission. Deadline, notice and permission disputes require the corresponding factual and remedial examination rather than a page message standing in for a formal outcome.
Access restrictions and account suspension
Necessary access measures may protect security, permissions or address abuse, with reasons and handling records retained. Affected users may identify themselves, facts and concerns through account or complaint routes. Account access and award status are different matters; an access restriction does not itself rewrite technical conclusions. Awards and permission follow their own procedures.
Closure and its data effects
Account closure requests identify the account and request through account or privacy routes, with identity and organisational relationships checked. Closure, membership revocation, application withdrawal and personal-data deletion are separate. Open matters, necessary decision evidence, dispute material and public award history may need retention. Explain actual effects rather than promise one-click removal of every archive or third-party copy.
Charges and external services
Accounts and programme activities in GSQA-PRG-002 have no programme charge. Testing, translation, notarisation, authentication or agency purchased independently does not start submission or guarantee acceptance or an award. Accounts, membership, media or expedited services must not introduce purchase conditions contrary to the free-participation policy.
Intellectual property and mark use
Website material, user data, third-party reports and marks have their respective rights. Account access, download and file receipt do not grant programme mark permission or unrelated reproduction of third-party material. Rights or disclosure concerns may identify material, rights and requested action without further circulating complete confidential files.
Responsibility and preserved rights
Users are responsible for information they provide, actual authority and lawful use. The programme remains responsible under applicable law for its actual services, review and handling. Free service does not automatically remove responsibility, and third-party material is not an unlimited exemption. Non-excludable rights, proper complaints, reconsideration and legal remedies remain available.
Versions, acceptance and changes
Before registration, the terms can be read, downloaded and actively accepted. The event identifies document, edition, language, digest or hash, server time and account. Material changes state their application and effect; renewed acceptance is obtained where required. Earlier generic checkboxes, page updates and continued browsing do not create acceptance of this edition.
Contact, disputes and related documents
Account matters use account or contact routes; service, impartiality and procedural concerns use complaints, formal product decisions use reconsideration, and personal data uses the privacy policy. Applicable versions and evidence remain traceable. Interface language alone neither chooses governing law nor excludes another language text. Internal procedures do not remove available legal rights.
